Phase One has been successfully completed with a total investment of $18.1 million. We are deeply grateful that this amount was raised through gifts already contributed and pledge commitments to be fulfilled over a 3–5 year period.

We are now targeting $8-10 million for Phase 2. We have already received $1.6 million in gifts or pledges.
