7th and 8th GRADE GALA: We would like to invite all 7th and 8th graders to celebrate the end of the year together on Friday, May 15, from 6:00-9:00 p.m.! This year we are celebrating with a Backyard Garden Party where we will offer a picnic-style dinner, several backyard games, and karaoke. We will also have photo booths available for students to take a few memorable pictures. To honor this year’s 8th grade class, we would like to invite all 8th grade parents to join us for a photo slideshow presentation that will showcase students during their years at WCGS. This special tribute will begin at 8:00 p.m. in the Commons and the evening will conclude with a prayer over our graduating class at 9:00 p.m.

HIGHLIGHTS AND REMINDERS
BOX TOPS: We would love to finish the year on a high note! Help us get closer to our $500 goal this year and submit your Box Tops these last few weeks of the school year. If you link your Walmart account to Box Tops, it will do the work for you! Any questions, contact Amy Sherrard: wcgs.boxtops@gmail.com
LOST AND FOUND: Please continue to check the Lost and Found for any missing items. As we approach the end of the school year, unclaimed items will be donated every two weeks to help prevent a large buildup at the end of the year.
Additionally, the Junior High winter coat rack located in the 7th & 8th grade hallway will be removed in two weeks. Any coats remaining at that time will be donated, so please make sure your child brings theirs home. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
