STAFF APPRECIATION: A new year, another opportunity to bless our amazing staff! Let’s encourage them during these cold months with a warm lunch! The next Staff Appreciation Lunch is Thursday, January 29. This month, we are serving Just Kabobs. If you are able, please use this link to donate specific food items to help make this an extra special lunch. This is a wonderful opportunity to show our gratitude to the teachers and staff of WCGS. DADDY DAUGHTER NIGHT: It is that magical time of the year when WCGS celebrates the special relationship between a Dad and his Daughter(s)!
When: Friday, February 6
Time: 6:30-8:00 p.m.
Where: WCGS Commons and Gym
Donation: $10 per family
We are so excited to invite all dads and daughters to the Daddy Daughter Night. Come dressed in chapel attire and make unforgettable memories together by dancing the night away. We invite you to learn a short dance, enjoy an ice cream treat, create a craft, and capture the evening at our photo booth. Moms, aunts, grandmothers – we invite you to volunteer at this event.

HOT COCOA AUXILIARY SOCIAL: Join us for our next Auxiliary Social on January 30! Stick around after pick-up for a cozy cup of hot cocoa and enjoy time catching up with old friends or making new ones.
Hot cocoa will be served on the blacktop next to the playground and outside the Jr. High entrance. Come early and kick things off by shopping the Children’s Christmas Fire Sale starting at 3:00 p.m.!
We hope you’ll stay and socialize — it’s the perfect way to warm up and connect.
CHILDREN’S CHRISTMAS FIRE SALE – Come warm up on January 30 with a festive fire sale on the playground! As we already begin preparing for next year’s Children’s Christmas Sale, we’re clearing out inventory to make room for exciting new items.
Shop a wide variety of treasures including spa goodies, toys, stationery, candles, pets items, and much more! While many items are Christmas-themed, there’s truly something for everyone — all at fantastic prices ranging from $1–$8.
It’s the perfect opportunity to:
Stock up on gifts or stocking stuffers for next year
Find affordable ways to entertain kids during winter days
Pick up items for your church, classroom, or favorite charity
The sale begins at 3:00 p.m. — come early for the best selection or browse while your kids enjoy a cozy cup of hot cocoa after school.

LADIES SALAD SOCIAL: Ladies of the school, please mark your calendars! Plans are underway for the Ladies Salad Social, and we can’t wait to spend the evening with you! The event will take place on Tuesday, March 3. More details to come!
