We are targeting $18.1 million for the completion of Phase 1.
We have already received $15 million in pledges. These pledges include gifts already contributed and others that will be given over a 3-5 year period.
Our GOAL is to raise the additional $3.1 million by August 2025.
We are targeting $6-8 million for Phase 2 which would not start until after the completion of Phase 1, and when resources are available.
