Wheaton Academy (average of 75%) and local public high schools
Do you offer an Extended Care program?
Before school care is available from 7:45 a.m. to 8:40 a.m., and after school care is available from 3:25 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Do WCGS students wear uniforms?
We have an Appearance Code for our students.
Is WCGS associated with any specific church or denomination?
WCGS is a non-denominational school and not affiliated with any specific church. Our families attend over 80 churches in the area.
Admissions questions
When does the admissions season begin?
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until the grade level is full.
Is financial assistance available?
Yes, we offer need-based financial assistance which helps make attending WCGS possible for about 38.5% of our students. Please visit our Tuition page under the Admissions tab.
Are there fees involved in applying to Wheaton Christian Grammar School?
The application fee is $202, of which $100 is a tuition deposit that will be credited to your family account. The remaining is non-refundable.”
Is there a deadline for completing the admissions process?
Priority will be given to applications received before February 1.
What is the review process for an application?
Applications are reviewed by the enrollment committee once all supporting documentation (report cards and standardized test scores) and recommendation forms are submitted.
Incoming student testing and family interviews will be scheduled once the admissions file is complete.
Can my child shadow a current student?
We offer shadow visits for students entering 4th – 8th grade. Please contact the school for more details.
