Thanksgiving at WCGS
It’s hard to believe that Thanksgiving is only a few days away! We know there are many people out there preparing meals for friends and family, so we wanted to give you all some tips from our kindergarteners on how to cook the best Turkey:
In all seriousness, our children have such tender hearts for the Lord and it’s evident they are grateful for His faithfulness in their lives. As you walk down our K-4 hallway you can see artwork by our students that mention some of the things they are thankful for. Here are a few:
- I am thankful for God
- I am thankful for the Bible
- I am thankful for peace
- I am thankful for every meal
- I am thankful for mom and dad
- I am thankful for art
- I am thankful for my classmates
- I am thankful for my teacher
- I am thankful for WCGS
- I am thankful for my house
- I am thankful for my dogs
- I am thankful for my brother
