2021 Awards Assembly Honors Student Achievements

The WCGS community was grateful to be together for the Awards Assemblies today as we had the opportunity to recognize many students for how they have excelled academically, artistically, and musically this year. Many of the awards we give reflect the character of God, as students pursue a life dedicated to Christ. As a faculty and staff, we often talk about the level of talent, creativity, and giftedness of our student body. The Psalmist has said, “Let all that I am praise the Lord; with my whole heart, I will praise his holy name” (Psalm 103:2). Praise be to the Lord for the work he is doing in the lives of these students!

Our ultimate desire for the WCGS Awards Ceremonies is to honor the Lord, the Giver of all gifts. It is our prayer that students recognize the unique gifts they’ve been given in order that they may steward them and honor God through their giftedness.
