* The multi-child discount is applied at the rate shown to the additional child only. Each family is charged the full tuition rate for their first child enrolled; the rate charged for the second child is reduced by 5%, the rate for the third child is reduced by 10%, etc. For families with kindergarten students, the highest applicable discount rate is applied to the kindergarten tuition. ** For families with children enrolled in 7th or 8th grade, the activity fee charged is higher than the amount shown. For each
child in grades 7 and 8, $125 is added to the amount shown and is billed with the first tuition and fee payment of the school
year. Families with students involved in interscholastic sports will be charged an additional $75 per student, per sport
participation fee. Financial responsibilities. WCGS anticipates that each family will consider their financial relationship with the School to be a serious one. There is a 1 ½ % per month service charge on all accounts more than 30 days past due. Overdue accounts are subject to designation as “Advance Payment Accounts.” This results in the loss of the installment privilege and necessitates that payment of all future charges be made in advance. It is each family’s responsibility to communicate promptly with the Director of Business Operations or Accountant when extreme circumstances cause payments to become past due. No diplomas will be issued until accounts are paid in full. Students will be admitted for the next semester only if past-due tuition is paid in full, or special arrangements have been made in advance with the Director of Business Operations. Tuition refund policy. A penalty of one tenth of the year’s total tuition will be withheld from refunds given back to families who withdraw students during the School year for reasons other than job relocation. The activity fee is nonrefundable. Financial aid. It is our desire that every school family be able to continue their Christian education at WCGS. To that end, WCGS maintains a financial assistance program which is based on need. Applications are available in the School office and must be postmarked no later than April 21. Families will be notified of their award status by early June.
